Meet Daniel

Hi, I’m Daniel, an ISSA-certified personal trainer and nutritionist with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. But here’s the twist—I’m not a full-time fitness coach; I’m a full-time TEACHER. For over 9 years, I’ve taught English at an international school, but a few years ago, I wasn’t happy with my own health. Like many others, I turned to the internet and started going to the gym. After a few months, I realized I needed deeper knowledge to make real progress, so I pursued certifications in personal training and nutrition through ISSA.
Even then, I felt like something was missing. Through years of research, trial and error, and eventually working with an experienced mentor, I gained the advanced insights I needed to transform my body and my mindset. What I developed is a unique approach to weight loss that fits both my lifestyle and my role as a teacher. And now, I’m sharing these results with others.

It took me a few months to lose 8 kg while following the Paleo diet. During that time, I was running 20-25 km a week, lifting weights four times a week, and boxing 3-4 times a week.

However, here , I lost the same 8 kg in just 3 months by working out only 4 times a week, while maintaining most of my muscle mass.

The difference? A scientific approach to nutrition that made it easier to stay consistent long-term. I’m not saying my initial result was bad, but there’s a faster and more efficient way when you know what you’re doing.
